These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the ATK Events UK website and any services provided by ATK Events UK (“we,” “us,” “our”). By booking our services or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Business Information

ATK Events UK is operated in the United Kingdom.

2. Services

We provide professional event services, including but not limited to DJ services, event support, and event management (“Services”).

3. Bookings & Payments

• To secure a booking, a non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total fee is required.

• The remaining balance must be paid no later than two (2) weeks before the event date.

• Payments can be made by cash or bank transfer only.

• We reserve the right to cancel any booking if full payment is not received on time.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

• Client cancellations: Deposits and payments are non-refundable under any circumstances. Clients cannot cancel their booking and request a refund.

• Our cancellations: If we are forced to cancel for any reason, we will refund all monies paid, including the deposit. This will be the full extent of our liability.

5. Liability

• We will exercise reasonable skill and care in providing our Services.

• We are not liable for:

  • Any loss, damage, or injury caused by third parties, guests, or venues.

  • Unforeseen circumstances beyond our reasonable control (e.g. extreme weather, technical failures, venue issues).

• Our liability is strictly limited to the total amount paid for the booking.

6. Website Use

• The content on our website is provided for information only.

• Visitors may not copy, reproduce, or use any part of our website, including text, images, branding, or designs, without our prior written permission.

• Unauthorised use of this website or its content may give rise to a claim for damages.

7. Intellectual Property

• All branding, logos, images, text, and other content on this website are the intellectual property of ATK Events UK.

• No rights are granted to use our intellectual property without our express written consent.

8. Data Protection (GDPR)

• We only collect personal data necessary to deliver our Services (such as names, email addresses, and phone numbers).

• Personal data is stored securely and deleted within a reasonable time frame, or sooner upon request.
